1) Focus Groups: Develop and sustain each group.

* Outline current activities

+ Identify potential synerges that can create the basis for each group.

• Formulate a plan for identifying, motivating and training each group leader.

• Identify resources of materials for training

• Develop an outline to activate growth

2) Fellowship: Increase opportunities for fellowship, socialization and building programs.

* Identify the interest in a unified activity/service. (Quarterly)
